Smoked sausage x 6 (fresh)

Our fresh sausages are made to order by Owen. Orders dispatched on Thursday. Orders after will be dispatched the following Thursday.

A frankfurter style hotdog sausage. Made with care using 100% outdoor lived, chemical free pork, and spices from Ren's Pantry. Cold smoked over local hardwoods and boiled to set the emulsion. A light smokiness and bouncy texture. The platonic ideal of a hotdog sausage.

Bring to life in water just off the boil for 6 minutes.

Sausages are hand made to 22cm. Because we use natural casings there's some variation in thickness - each sausages is about 75-80g.
