Smoked sausage x 6 (Frozen)

A frankfurter style hotdog sausage. Made with care using pork from Gothelney Farm in Bridgewater, and spices from Ren's Pantry. Cold smoked over local hardwoods and boiled to set the emulsion. A light smokiness and bouncy texture. The platonic ideal of a hotdog sausage.

Bring to life in water just off the boil for 6 minutes.

Frozen sausages can be dispatched straight away when we are open.
